We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager cum Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) to oversee the full spectrum of facilities, maintenance, safety, and fire protection operations across our campus. Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management

• Oversee preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance for building systems and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement FM SOPs, maintenance plans, audits, and incident response procedures.

• Optimise use of space, assets, resources, and utilities to support operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance and seamless daily operations.
