Job Description

                    Advert Text We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Manager to join our team in Shannon, Co Clare
Working pattern Monday – Friday: 08:30 to 17:00
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Overarching management of plant facilities and soft services teams
Lead Facility and Soft Services teams to ensure KPI metrics are consistently achieved
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Report to the site leadership team on current issues, with clear escalation paths
Assess and report on the current condition and capacity of plant services
Develop and provide future energy strategies for plant upgrades and replacements
Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities
Plan and execute facility-related tasks during annual shutdown periods
