As a Senior/ Facilities Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring seamless functionality of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across facilities.
Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and uphold quality standards for outsourced services.
Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including costs for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
Drive energy-saving initiatives, sustainability programs, and cost-effective improvements for property management
Requirements:
