As a Senior/ Facilities Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring seamless functionality of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across facilities.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and uphold quality standards for outsourced services.
• Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including costs for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
