Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight, leadership, and direction for all technical and engineering practices, ensuring the Contractor's operational standards, methodologies, and deliverables meet regulatory, contractual, and industry best‑practice requirements.
• Drive the effective and efficient maintenance of both Facility Assets and Contractor Assets to achieve optimal performance, lifecycle reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations and operational KPIs.
• Ensure the smooth, safe, and reliable functioning of the facility by applying best‑in‑class facilities management practices. This includes managing resources, services, processes, and operational workflows to support the daily needs of Building Users and to maintain a productive, safe, and conducive working environment.
