Facilities Manager

Overview

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centres, ensuring that our facilities meet the needs of our clients and our business. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, health and safety, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility management for the data centres, ensuring the facilities meet the highest standards of operation and maintenance.
• Ensure the data centre maintains 100% availability for all live loads; critical power and cooling equipment, monitoring, fire and security systems.
• Manage health and safety compliance, ensuring all requirements are met and safety is maintained at all times.
