We are looking for a hands‑on and proactive Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, functional, and inspiring school environment at Lion Pride Academy. This role supports the school’s operational effectiveness through strategic facilities oversight and project coordination.
Facilities Manager responsibilities are: Lead maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Monitor risk and implement emergency protocols.
Manage facilities budget and procurement processes.
Support events with logistics and venue readiness.
Explore sustainability and facility rental initiatives. Facilities Manager requirements are: Matric with proven experience in facilities operations.
5+ years’ relevant experience; trades or project skills are advantageous.
