Facilities Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to be responsible for the overall maintenance, compliance, operational performance, and long-term asset preservation their commercial parks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• A Tertiary Qualification related to Facilities or Property/ Real Estate or similar would be advantageous
• 5+ years in Facilities Management of Commercial Properties
• Commercial Property experience in:
  • Maintenance Planning
  • Financial Management and Budgeting
  • Technical Operation and Support
  • Compliance and  Reisk Management
  • Staff and Team Management
  • Project and Refurbishment
  • Contractor and Service Provider Management
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Improvements and Procurement
