Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or a related field
Proven experience in facilities management, building administration, or property maintenance (typically 3–5 years for manager level)
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
