The Facilities Officer will hold an official Job Title as GSD Officer who is responsible for managing the PHINMA AU San Jose school's property and equipment by overseeing maintenance activities and implementing a regular preventive maintenance program. This role also acts as the Branch Safety Officer, tasked with implementing the school's safety program, and as the Pollution Control Officer, responsible for submitting regular environmental monitoring reports (e.g., SMR, CMR) to ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws.
Additionally, the GSD Officer coordinates logistical arrangements for school events, supervises and develops staff, and oversees the Administrative and Property Services, as well as the Budget and Resource Management functions of the school.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical Course or possesses a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in School Building Maintenance and Facilities Management.
