The successful candidate will be responsible to provide facilities and building maintenance support, to ensure smooth operations of the church facilities. Candidate must be willing to be deployed and rotated for duties at both campuses.

What You’ll Do

• Work with facilities team in managing the building services (CCTV/ Premises Access/ Chiller/ Carpark Gantry), church services and events etc.
• Partner with Pastoral staff to ensure that our facilities are able to support the Campus’ ministries needs
• Partner with our Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure the readiness and preparedness of our premises for activities across the week
• Support booking of rooms and set up of room facilities
• Ensure that security, health, and safety standards are aligned with compliance
