Facilities Operations Manager - Mechanical

As Facilities Operations Manager – Mechanical, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the Senior Critical Facilities Manager, this role owns mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure.

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. 

THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE IN SCHAKELFORT, TEXAS (NO EXCEPTION). RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE.
