Multi Skilled Engineer (Facilities Operative)
Based in central London. 
Monday–Friday 7:00–14:30 (but could be asked to work up till 5pm).
Company van, fuel card & tablet provided. (shared between the team)

Are you a hands-on, proactive facilities operative with a passion for creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces? We’re looking for a Multi Skilled handyperson to support the management of a diverse property portfolio and ensure high-quality facilities services across multiple sites in the region.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day building maintenance, compliance, and operational support helping to deliver a first-class environment for colleagues, customers, and visitors. You’ll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and the Facilities Manager while having autonomy to solve problems and keep sites running smoothly.
