As a Facilities Operative, you will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks in support of the overall operations of a facilities management business. Your duties include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repair tasks. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all maintenance needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely manner.
