Facilities Engineer/ Planner- Chemical Engineer
Work with Facilities Manager to manage Facilities operations of the site.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and all Auxiliary equipment for the uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas.
Supports the operations and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Air Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System.
Oversees and implements continuous facilities improvements, orderly and safe central plant/machine rooms, and continuous facilities cost savings and energy conservation measures.
