Facilities & Safety Officer

JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities & Safety Officer plays a dual role in ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and maintaining compliance with occupational safety and health standards. This position is responsible for managing building-related services, coordinating with vendors, and serving as the designated DOLE certified Safety Officer. The role is critical to supporting operational continuity, employee welfare, and government compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilities Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of office facilities, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and safety of the workspace.
Coordinate utilities (electricity, water, internet) and ensure uninterrupted service and timely issue resolution.
