Facilities Specialist 4

**Job Description**



+ Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the continuous availability of the power and cooling in the data center.

+ Support customer operations, growth, and design changes.

+ Oversee facility electrical load management and overall health of data center critical environments

+ Ensure redundancy is maintained during failure and maintenance scenarios

+ Oversee new buildouts through commissioning oversight, handover and delivery timeline tracking, and document gathering and management.

+ Perform non-routine and complex administrative workloads and program initiatives

+ Host post-incident reviews and mitigation coordination

+ Prepare and present change requests for complex repairs or upgrades

+ On-call support for after hours events and incidents

+ Track equipment specifications, nameplate ratings, and capacity limitations
