Facilities Specialist

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Facilities Specialist to oversee daily workplace operations for our approximately 100,000 sq. ft. commercial office space, supporting a corporate community of approximately 1,000 employees. Reporting to the Office & Facilities Manager, you will focus on managing vendors and other external subject matter experts. You will act as our primary liaison with the landlord's building management team and service partners. The ideal candidate will ensure that both hard and soft facilities services are delivered flawlessly to maintain a premium, safe, compliant and efficient work environment. Through proactive planning, you will help create a seamless workplace experience for our employees and partners.
