Facilities Specialist

Job Description

• Oversee outsourced Facilities Management Service Providers (FMSP) to ensure effective preventive maintenance, pest control, cleaning, horticulture, and security.
• Plan, organize, and supervise FMSP teams in scheduled and ad‑hoc maintenance.
• Verify preventive works, ensure timely follow‑up, and maintain systems in operational condition.
• Manage service incidents (e.g., air‑con, power, blockages) and ensure prompt resolution.
• Investigate breakdowns to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Partner with EHS on permits, licenses, and regulatory engagement with Singapore agencies.
• Develop and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Diploma in Facility/Building/Property/Estate Management or any related field, with 3+ years’ facilities operations experience.
