About The Opportunity

The Facilities Specialist or Lead will assist with overseeing third-party vendors in the areas of Cleaning, Facilities, Health & Safety, and Security, monitoring operational expense and performance. The Facilities Lead will support the Manager with day-to-day management in each building of the Facilities Lead portfolio.

Maintenance

• Perform daily site inspections to spot technical issues, damaged furniture, or scuffed walls and address them at the earliest opportunity.
