Facilities Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems and Preventive Processes

• Develop and maintain SOPs for facilities, fleet, tools, and site readiness.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles, buildings, and power systems.
• Create standard checklists, safety logs, and audit routines.
• Integrate facilities and fleet workflows within ERPNext.
• Maintain compliance documentation required by DOLE, BFP, and LGUs.

2. Facilities and Site Operations

• Ensure that KCAT offices, warehouses, and satellite sites are clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements including grounding, signage, escape routes, and PPE compliance.
• Prepare offices and operational workspaces for new expansion towns.
