Role Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of process maintenance and utility operators, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, team development, and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

+ Lead maintenance teams to maintain strong morale, safety culture, and high performance.
