**Job Overview**

Provides support for physical moves of people and equipment as well as technical support for the maintenance and infrastructure of the facility.

**Job Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Daily Operations & Maintenance**

+ Oversee and maintain facility systems including HVAC (WCPU), air compressors, air dryers, sewage treatment systems, and general building infrastructure.
+ Ensure compliance with work-at-height safety standards during maintenance activities.

+ **Hands-On Technical Support**

+ Perform maintenance and servicing of cooling towers and split unit air conditioners.
