The Facilities Team Leader – Terminal is responsible for leading the terminal facilities maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable and customer‑focused operation of Adelaide Airport’s terminal facilities.

The role oversees the delivery of reactive, scheduled and planned maintenance activities, provides day‑to‑day leadership to internal staff and contractors, and ensures compliance with relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards.

Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance team and key stakeholders, the position plays a critical role in maintaining terminal infrastructure and passenger‑facing facilities, supporting continuous operations, and fostering a strong safety‑first, service‑driven culture aligned with AAL values.
