Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Must have worked facilities technician minimum of 1 year in a building
• Must have knowledge in maintenance of all facilities in a building i.e. lift, fire fighting system, water pumps, centralised air condition, electrical works, plumbing works, access card system, general civil works
• Must work independently
• Willing to do over time
• Work with minimum supervision
• Able to handle all complaints

Skill

• Advantage if you know basic computer skills
• Able to handle customer service

Qualification

• Preferable have certificate in electrical (SKM L1, SKM L3 - Electrical) or PW1 or PW4
