Facilities Technician

Experience

1. Must have worked facilities technician minimum of 1 year in a building

2. Must have knowledge in in maintenance of all facilities in a building i.e. lift, fire fighting system, water pumps, centralised air condition, electrical works, plumbing works, access card system, general civil works.

3. Must work independently

4. Willing to do over time

5. Work with minimum supervision

6. Able to handle all complaints

Skill

1. Advantage if you know basic computer skills

2. Able to handle customer service

Qualification

1. Preferable have certificate in electrical ( SKM L1, SKM L3 - Electrical ) or PW1 or PW4
