Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and maintenance works for building facilities, including plumbing systems, air-conditioning units, shutter doors, and related infrastructure.
• Perform repair and maintenance of electrical systems, such as replacing light fittings, sockets, circuit breakers, cables, and other electrical components.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to the established schedule.
• Conduct general upkeep and maintenance works, including painting, carpentry, and other related tasks.
• Assist with and carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
