Job description:

*Must be all-around for plumbing, FDAS, tile setting, and other works.

1.Air Conditioning Unit

* Preventive maintenance for ACU will be in-house instead of contractor.

Window type – monthly

Split type – every 2 months

Floor mounted – every 3 months.

2.Electrical panelboard

* Measuring voltage and current of all lines

• voltage must be 218.5 V to 241.5 V to be considered as normal operating voltage
  •

*Rectifying panelboard

• changing circuit breaker

• adding and removing circuit breaker

Busbar related works must be done by contractor due to critical works

* Re-tightening of bolts (twice a year)

Contractor is needed if thermal scanner is unavailable

*Cleaning of panelboard

3. Air Compressor / Dehumidifier

* Checking of air intake filter

* Checking of belt tension
