Facilities Technician

Job Description:
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to facility equipment and systems, including identifying and repairing faults, leaks, or malfunctions.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
Handle minor repairs and maintenance of the building's structure, including doors, windows, flooring, and walls.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for facility maintenance and order replacements as necessary.
Respond to facility emergencies promptly and effectively, such as power outages, water leaks, or heating/cooling system failures.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.
