Job Description
- Perform scheduled inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of building facilities, utilities, and production support equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and electro-mechanical systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Maintain and support facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and safety systems, to provide a safe and compliant workplace.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose and resolve facility-related issues.
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment performance records for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to enhance equipment reliability and workplace efficiency.
