Facilities Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection and blowing machines
• Perform mold installation, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and within quality standards
• Identify and correct machine defects and process issues
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures
• Comply with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical graduate (Machining, Mechanical, or related course)
• With experience operating injection molding and/or blowing machines
• Knowledgeable in molds, machine settings, and plastic processing
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and instructions
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
