Key Responsibilities:
+ Performs routine facilities maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, HVAC repairs, and other related assignments
+ Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment
+ Performs non-routine repairs to equipment
+ Uses tools and operate equipment needed to perform job functions; equipment includes concrete breakers, bucket truck, cranes, forklifts, etc.
+ Assists with moving furniture and equipment
+ Other duties as required
