Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Documentation Support
Manage all facility-related paperwork, filing, and documentation.
Maintain and organize the facility department shared folders, ensuring structure and version control.
Handle all printing, photocopying, and binding work for the department.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for facility operations and equipment.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory of critical facility and equipment spare parts. Track stock levels, initiate re-ordering, and manage the store/issue log.
PPE Management: Manage the stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Handle issuance to technicians and contractors and ensure stock levels are adequate.
