Facility Engineer

1.0 Job Responsibilities

1.     Mechanical Systems Operation & Management

·       Oversee the daily operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, exhaust systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

·       Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime and operational impact.

·       Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) activities.

·       Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

2.     Facilities Support & Reliability Improvement

·       Monitor system performance, including temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure, and water flow.

·       Optimize energy usage and utility efficiency, including water, gas, HVAC load, and compressed air systems.
