Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, air, etc.) and recommend cost-saving measures.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Support facility improvement and renovation projects.
Respond to emergency repairs and facility-related issues.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
Manage facility equipment inventory and maintenance records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Licensed Engineer (advantage but not required)
Experience in facility management or maintenance operations.
