Facility Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Engineer (advantage but not required)
• Experience in facility management or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, air, etc.) and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and projects.
