Facility Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates, cleans, repairs, and maintains assigned equipment such as boilers, compressors, pumphouse systems, generators, power rooms, LPG tanks, and reverse osmosis units.
• Reports any equipment problems or abnormalities.
• Requests repair and maintenance for identified issues.
• Performs regular inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Conducts basic troubleshooting of equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
• At least 1–2 years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance
• Knowledge of boiler and compressor operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with pumphouse and reverse osmosis system operations
• Basic troubleshooting skills for boilers, compressors, pumphouse systems, and reverse osmosis equipment
