Facility Engineer

Job description:

• Maintain and comply all control documented information including EHS and Facilities Legal and Other Requirements
• Outsourcing of external provider with related to EHS and Facilities Legal Requirements
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors performing repairs and maintenance.
• Guide Facility Staff / Technician in the status of Facility Activities
• Checking and monitor for regulatory agency (PEZA, DENR, DOLE and etc.)
• Lead the external provider for the building and facilities maintenance
• Conduct investigation of accidents as member of the Health and Safety Committee and submits separate report and analysis of the accidents.
• Coordinate all health and safety training programs of the company.
• Conduct health and safety inspections and audit within the company.
