We want you to:

To plan, carry out and implement construction projects and improvement works in the areas of responsibility and authority throughout the factory.
1. Responsible for construction projects from the design process to completion process.
2. Preparing the draft drawings, presentations and estimated schedule of the projects and establishing the estimated budget before the construction
3. Should be in close with Design Company, Inspection Company, and Related Institutions for the official works. 
4. Following the construction and occupancy permit process and related payments.
5. Preparing the BOQ (material) lists, technical specifications, tender documents and work plans.
6. Managing the construction process and reports to head of section.
