Facility In-Charge

Job Summary

The Facility In-Charge is responsible for the daily supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the school's buildings, classrooms, offices, and grounds. The position ensures that all school facilities are safe, clean, and in good working condition to support a conducive learning environment. The Facility In-Charge directly supervises maintenance staff and coordinates with external service providers as needed.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate; technical/vocational training in building maintenance or related field is an advantage
• Experience as a foreman, maintenance supervisor, or similar role, preferably in a school or institutional setting
• Knowledge of basic civil works, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Ability to supervise maintenance personnel and assign daily tasks
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and proper tool handling
