Job Summary
To provide leadership and management support of an operational Critical environment shift team providing 24/7/365 on-site support of a production data centre facility. The Facility Lead is responsible for the emergency response and maintenance of critical services within the data center environment. These activities typically include the planning of the shift teams work activities on a daily basis ensuring all aspects of the shift & facility are covered & monitored during your day. All paperwork associated with the planned maintenance visits of vendors - based on the main sub-contractor schedule for each contract year - is ready and in place for your shift team (Locks, tags, procedures etc.) It is the Facility Lead that will coordinate all of this to ensure a smooth running of the shift while also providing a point of contact for the client & management.
