Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Uniform and Staff Equipment Management:

• Prepare, pack, and distribute staff uniforms and equipment, including tops, pants, shoes, name tags, hair accessories, and, ear Bluetooth devices.
• Record, track, and update uniform issuance and returns to ensure accurate inventoryrecords.
• Conduct monthly stock counts of uniforms and staff equipment and preparereplenishment requests when stock levels are low.

2. Machine and Equipment Support:

• Conduct monthly stock counts for machine spare parts and assist in preparing orderrequests for the HOD when stock is insufficient.
• Assist outlets in identifying basic issues related to laser and VJX machines.
• Label faulty machines, arrange proper documentation, and prepare equipment for repairor servicing as required.
