Facility Maintenance Technician

Overview

Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair. Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, repairs, and safety inspections for accurate facility documentation. Diagnosing and resolving issues within electrical circuits, from faulty wiring to malfunctioning control panels, ensures uninterrupted power to critical building systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and execute effective repairs to minimize downtime.
