We coordinate work across all major trades—HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, general repairs, roofing, doors, glazing, and more.
The Role
This is a full-cycle Facilities Management Specialist role (FM Coordinator). You will manage work orders and small projects end-to-end: clarify scope, support estimating/NTEs, source and dispatch vendors/techs, coordinate schedules, provide updates, and close out work with clean documentation so billing doesn't stall.
You'll be assigned a geographic region to cover. We prefer candidates who live in (or are highly familiar with) the markets they support.
