Job Description
The Facility Management Coordinator shall primarily be an Executive Coordinator who shall assist Head of
Facility Management (HFM) in handling tactical matters particularly of inter-office communication,
coordination among facility and maintenance teams and official data management. He /She shall serve as
the primary point of contact on such matters pertaining to the HFM. The ideal individual will have the ability
to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication,
administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities categorized in the context of Urgent and Important.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the day-to-day management of the HFM's calendar and activities to ensure high-value time
utilization of the HFM in relation to external and internal requirements.
