Job Description
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Develop and manage the facilities budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality. Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Implement energy management strategies to promote sustainability and reduce operational costs. Manage all project defects reported during the Defect Liability Period. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams. Inspect reported defects and verify the root cause. Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
