Job Description
Oversee overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule. Manage vendor contracts and monitor service performance. Handle client coordination and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance. Supervise manpower deployment and attendance. Prepare monthly reports and MIS related to facility performance. Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards are maintained. Manage facility budgets and control operational costs. Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the site.
