Oversee overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule. Manage vendor contracts and monitor service performance. Handle client coordination and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance. Supervise manpower deployment and attendance.
