Facility Manager

Responsible for day to day overall building operations which included but not limited to maintenance of M&E machineries & equipment, cooling systems, security services, cleaning services, pest control, carpark operations and other relevant aspects of property & facility management.

Establish, monitor and enhance planned preventive maintenance schedules and scopes to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and cooling systems remain in optimal performance with quality to meet
management's expectations. Provide yearly review of PPMs and conduct audits for all properties to measure performance level and recommend for enhancements if necessary.

Vendor/contractor/service provider management: Review and assist in selection process to engage the best performers and provide advices or suggestions in an articulate manner to the Company's best interests.
