Scope of Role

In conjunction with the client management team, successfully deliver and manage the Project Agreement (relating to the Auckland Prison PPP Project) ensuring all key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met and exceeded, by implementing effective strategies to achieve financial targets, client satisfaction, and subcontractor management ensuring profitability.

• Management of onsite trade team, Facility Co‑ordinators and Specialist Service Subcontractors.
• Management of subcontractors including ensuring adherence to Cushman Wakefield accreditation process.
