Facility Mechanical Engineer B

Job Description:

• Supervise facility personnel, assign tasks to each team member, and lead in managing daily responsibilities.
• Possess knowledge of basic 2D software applications such as AutoCAD.
• Capable of making sound decisions and working with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues involving facility equipment.
• Prepare and submit summary reports on building conditions, including recommended corrective actions.
• Review and understand equipment operations, BMS systems, fire/life safety systems, and other related building systems.
• Provide support for after-hours building requirements and activities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Have extensive knowledge in interpreting Building Plans and Project Layouts.
• Perform monitoring of spare parts and conduct problem analysis.
• Evaluate and study new spare parts for machine improvement.
